Captain Sam Livas has worked in the fishing community since he was a small boy.
Born and raised in Port Clinton, Ohio, he has been on the water his whole life. He started by working on head boats as a first mate and then as a Captain. Captain Sam has his USCG master tonnage license and would like to take you fishing on Lake Erie!
